Practice start Monday,October 24th at 3:15-6pm at RAMS front gym.
REMEMBER TO BRING:
Clearance slip from Athletics department-you cannot dance without this slip.
Water Bottle-you will not have enough time to stand at fountains.
Shoes-tennis shoes and dance shoes if you have them. Other types of shoes are not appropriate for dance
Workout clothes or dance wear-no jeans -you need to be able to move.
Healthy Snacks-you might want some energy.
Hair binders-your hair must be in a secured ponytail or bun.
NO GUM- choking hazard
POSITIVE ATTITUDE IS A MUST.
THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF A WINNING SEASON
